Senior Java Engineer
This position requires eight years of demonstrated success and expert knowledge of the latest design and system-level development of Java technologies using multithreading, socket programming, complex n-tier applications, and object-oriented design.
Requirements
- Able to quickly understand and decompose existing comprehensive applications and the underlying architecture
- Ability to make on-going recommendations and implement changes/improvements to support the product strategy, growth and scalability.
- Sound knowledge of design patterns, security, and encryption
- Proven experience with integration and development of common, reusable components across distributed applications
- Enterprise multitier and high availability application expertise
- Prototyping and application development
- J2EE experience beyond EJB is required
- RDBMS experience is required, solid Oracle experience is strongly desired.
